The SportHunter 800 (Model SD-800) combined SportDog's new mid-sized transmitter and its ultra-compact, 2.7oz. receiver for a training system that provides up to 1/2-mile(700m) of range. Both components are 100% waterproof and submersible, so it's ideal for controlling virtually any sporting breed. From basic yard training to long-distance control, the SD-800 can handle it. It offers 16 levels of continuous or momentary correction; a tone button; tone with one- second delay option; low-battery detection; and capability of controlling up to three collars at once simply by adding SportDog Brand's Add-A-Dog collars.

Both the transmitter and receiver operate on rechargeable NiMH batteries and carry SportDOG brand's Lifetime Limited Warranty.
